About The Position

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team at Chick -fil -A Centerville Hwy. This “hands -on” management opportunity is designed to give you a career in the most highly -esteemed restaurant chain in the nation while providing a clear roadmap for your professional growth and development.

Requirements

• 2 years of leadership experience (required)
• Ability to work 3, 13 hour shifts for a 3 day work week (Either 5am -6pm OR 10am -11pm)

Nice To Haves

• Hospitality or Kitchen experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing a team to ensure great customer experience
• Managing day -to -day restaurant operations
• Implementing policies and procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, & promote sales
• Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food safety
• Working “hands on” in various Front of House and Back of House positions
• Increase overall restaurant results, working cross -functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high -level collaborative goals
