This position will support the Warranty Operations Senior Manager and Genesis Warranty Operations Manager. Responsibilities will include managing all publications, Warranty P&P, Claims Processing Manual, DCS Messages, etc. that are published by the Warranty Department to internal and external customers. This includes overseeing the Retail Requests process (both Labor and Parts) to ensure state regulations are adhered to from a legal standpoint. This position will also be responsible for overseeing department budget and overseeing the Warranty Call Center. Support HMC/Legal/HATCI for all issues related to emissions, including Handbook updates, emissions analysis, and system updates
