About The Position

The Assistant Warehouse Manager supervises the day-to-day activities to allow proficient stocking of the stores with products from our warehouse.

Responsibilities

  • Complete picks for all TLS stores.
  • Ship out all Out of Market store boxes through an approved shipping vender.
  • Ensure Vegas stores are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Oversee receiving of all Softline and Hardline goods.
  • Handle all communications with store managers about issues with picks. This includes resolving any mislabeled items and researching any overstock issues that arise from daily picks.
  • Ensure that all online orders are fulfilled by 10am and picked up by shipping vendor by 2pm.
  • Handle all damages and communicate with vendors for credit.
  • Backfill any overstock products available.
  • If daily pulls are completed in a timely manner, any additional resources available should be split between cleaning up the warehouse and helping the Receiving Lead receive warehouse specific orders.
  • Conduct walkthrough of any marked boxes for discontinuation.
  • Create report of all mislabeled and overstock issues for review by Warehouse Manager.
  • Participate in clean up
