About The Position

To assist in the planning and management of the functions of a multi-location
full spectrum training operation. Manage the implementation of complex projects
and training of learner centric curriculum. Ensure learning solutions and
programs align with strategic business initiatives and that they achieve
business and training objectives. Oversee proper allocation of resources used
for the development of a skilled and capable workforce to include the success of
branch employees through professional development planning.
