The Encore Boston Harbor Assistant Manager – Stewarding reports to the Assistant Executive Steward and is responsible for managing staff and conducting daily inspections of all food & beverage areas to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local health and fire code regulations and overall kitchen cleanliness. This position supervises the maintenance of kitchen areas and kitchen equipment and maintains inventory and supplies necessary to support stewarding staff. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: maximizing opportunities for departmental and company success; maintaining all Encore Standards: and ensuring excellent guest and team member experience.
