We are looking for several Managers-In-Training (MITS) to join our team! In short, we are a growing company and are the right organization for a dedicated team player who wants to make a difference in an environment where their hard work is valued and have fun while they are doing it. You will assist in managing the day-to-day operations of your restaurant, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous food service or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to problem-solve and stay calm under pressure
- Reliable, responsible, and hungry to grow
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
Responsibilities
- Assist in leading daily store operations
- Support and coach team members to deliver exceptional service
- Ensure food quality, accuracy, and speed standards
- Help manage inventory, labor, and cash handling
- Uphold company policies, cleanliness, and brand standards
- Step into the Manager role when needed
- Maintain a fun, positive, and high-performing work environment
