Assistant Manager Job Summary: Working alongside or in the absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager is responsible for the overall supervision and operation of the assigned store. You will focus on maintaining Auntie Anne’s "Three-Fold Philosophy" while maximizing store profitability and performance. Shift Lead Job Summary: The Shift Lead directs restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager. Requirements

  • Management experience in retail, restaurant, or a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

  • Making dough and rolling pretzels from scratch.
  • Working and managing daily shifts.
  • Recruiting and training new team members.
  • Ensuring 100% customer satisfaction and product quality.
  • Working toward store performance and sales goals.
  • Maintaining safety and security standards at all times.
  • Managing stock and inventory levels.
  • Prepping, baking, and serving fresh pretzels and snacks.
  • Greeting customers and taking orders in a friendly, efficient, and accurate manner.
  • Monitoring employee breaks, overtime, and scheduling during shifts.
  • Assisting with the training of new employees.
