Establish and maintain positive and successful relations with venue B2B clients Ensure proper staff scheduling are being completed and communicated on-time Champion exceptional guest service and persuasive upselling tactics with front line staff Manage complete and accurate reporting according to company policies and procedures Analyze daily sales activity and reports, creating action plans for continued growth for site Coach and develop staff in both proper photo capture techniques and upselling sales tactics Ensure staff follow venue safety rules and are working in a safe manner as per policy standards Foster a constructive and collaborative atmosphere while upholding our fundamental values and policies Maintain/oversee site cleanliness, employee uniform, and guest service delivery exceed company and location standards Maintain a safe working environment, by reporting dangerous/suspicious items or persons to venue management Protect company confidential data and ensure secure areas are always locked, this includes company computers containing sensitive data, safes and filing cabinets Assist with all functions within a photo location in compliance with VENU+ policies and procedures Assist in other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by management
