Position Summary: The Assistant Manager of Guest Solutions is the day-to-day operations leader for the team. This role coaches Associates, handles escalations, conducts quality assurance reviews, and steps in for the Manager as needed. The Assistant Manager works closely with the quarterly Lead to maintain team standards and ensure seamless coverage across all guest functions.

Requirements

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent, required
  • Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience with some supervisory or lead responsibility

  • Associate’s degree, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day oversight of Guest Solutions Associates and coordination with the quarterly Lead
  • Handle escalated guest issues that exceed Associate or Lead authority
  • Conduct weekly quality assurance reviews on calls, claims, and guest interactions
  • Coach and mentor Associates on service techniques, product knowledge, and saves strategies
  • Monitor real-time team performance and adjust assignments based on volume and coverage needs
  • Step in for Manager during PTO, meetings, or high-volume periods
  • Assist with cross-training delivery and certification tracking
  • Support the quarterly Lead selection process with performance data and observations
  • Manage virtual store support channel during assigned shifts
  • Track and report daily and weekly team metrics to Manager
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and new Associate training
