Job Summary: The Assistant Manager of Lift Experience will provide leadership, management and direction to the Lift Experience, Dispatch and Tubing Park department. Together with the Mountain Operations leadership team, this position will help ensure the overall success of daily operations, staff development, and future on-mountain planning and strategies that will drive our safety culture as well as guest and employee satisfaction. The Assistant Manager of Lift Experience will oversee staff, ropeway systems, and conveyors. They will also play an important role in developing and maintaining a safe, inclusive work environment. Training, ordering, inventory, and coordinating with the various departments are also important aspects of this position.
