The Assistant Manager, Influencer Marketing, will own the execution and optimization of influencer seeding and organic creator initiatives to drive consistent brand visibility, engagement, and advocacy across key social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels). This role plays a critical part in scaling the brand’s creator network through best-in-class execution, while also contributing to strategy development through insights, creator identification, and performance analysis. This individual will act as a key operator and partner to the Sr. Marketing Manager, taking ownership of day-to-day influencer workflows while proactively identifying opportunities to enhance program effectiveness and impact. The role collaborates closely with Marketing, Creative, DTC, Sales, and external partners.
