Learn more at www.smmcnj.com. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for providing day-to-day management of the coordination of Clinic, deliverables, processes, and procedures. Under the direction of the Office Manager, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for generating necessary reports for evaluating progress towards the Clinics’ goals. The Assistant Manager will provide support to the Office Manager to ensure effective implementation and monitoring of the operations. The Assistant Manager will need to possess analytical ability, exceptional diplomacy and tact, excellent communication skills, organizational and project management skills, operate effectively in an environment requiring independence and flexibility, and have strong attention to detail, ensure accurate & prompt data entry of service deliverables, educates, and consults with service providers and staff concerning service deliverables and the process of meeting identified needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years’ experience in a related health field required
  • Strong Interpersonal communication skills required
  • Microsoft computer skills required
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
