About The Position

The Assistant Manager in Training (AMIT) position is the first step in our Management Career Path. The AMIT position is designed to provide you with a hands-on learning experience that will give you the skills and knowledge to succeed as a Store Manager. You will learn all aspects of store operations, including customer service, sales, merchandising, inventory management, and employee supervision. As an AMIT, you will work closely with the Store Manager and other members of the management team to ensure that the store is operating efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
