About The Position

You will join CeraVe's Global Digital team in Hudson Yards, NYC. You will lead TikTok‑first short‑form video production and content strategy to increase relevance, engagement and measurable business impact across 42+ markets. End‑to‑End Production: Concept, script, shoot (phone + DSLR), light, direct, edit and publish native-feeling short videos daily. Creative Craft & Tech: Deliver lo‑fi/native aesthetics and platform-native edits using Adobe (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop) and fast mobile tools (CapCut, VN, Splice). Implement VFX basics (compositing, masking, tracking) and animated text/meme layering. Sound & Rights: Select music and sound with commercial libraries and TikTok‑safe usage practices to avoid copyright risk. Trend & Editorial Intelligence: Forecast audio cycles, meme structures and creator formats; react with fast-turn content kits. Amplification & Measurement: Brief creators, co‑create influencer content, adapt assets across channels/retail and report on creative performance to iterate quickly.

Requirements

  • Social‑first video production portfolio (personally shot & edited).
  • Mastery of short‑form editing and native TikTok/Reels storytelling.
  • Mobile + DSLR shooting, lighting and on‑set direction; fast mobile edit workflows.
  • Sharp editorial voice and cultural fluency.
  • Data‑informed creativity with clear ability to measure and iterate.
