Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in video content and graphic design production, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work, including promotional videos, ads, and visual assets.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma and relevant 2D/3D software. Strong knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, AfterEffect, Premiere Pro), Figma, and relevant 2D/3D software.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all content is polished, on-brand, and free from errors.
  • Creativity and Innovation: Strong creative skills with the ability to generate original ideas and translate concepts into visually appealing videos and designs that resonate with target audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop video concepts for user acquisition campaigns tailored to various markets, demographics, therapeutic areas and Elfie features, ensuring app awareness and engagement with cultural appropriateness.
  • Design and produce finalized assets for multiple channels, adhering to brand guidelines, healthcare industry standards, and local market nuances.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create effective visual solutions. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure marketing video assets and other creatives align with the app's interface and overall user experience.
  • Work with the performance marketing team to conduct A/B testing on creatives and concepts, analyze performance metrics, and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Create video and other assets for various platforms, adapting styles and formats to suit different audience preferences, therapeutic area vitals and technical requirements
  • Participate in regular team meetings and campaign performance reviews, presenting asset creation concepts and rationales to stakeholders and incorporating feedback into final designs.
