You’ll be hands‑on in supporting our National Headquarters and nationwide offices—leading space planning and move projects, managing AV, security, and access control systems, and partnering closely with vendors and our facilities management supplier to deliver quality results. Requirements

  • High School graduate required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Five or more years of experience with at least three years in Facilities Operations required.
  • Experience supporting managment with Facilities vendors, maintenance and repairs, supporting audio-visual (AV) and video conferencing systems, supporting door access control and CCTV camera systems (software and hardware).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience reporting and tracking team metrics, preferred.
  • Facility Management Professional (FMP) certificate, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Facilities team on maintenance and construction projects for the NHQ and the nationwide properties.
  • Manage of audio-visual (AV) and video conferencing systems.
  • Manage door access control and CCTV camera systems (software and hardware).
  • Manage and oversee office space planning/ tracking and staff move projects; knowledgeable on furniture systems like (knoll, Steelcase, Herman Miller).
  • Work with vendors/contractors to create scope of work and proposals; Take on projects independently from inception to completion.
  • Knowledgeable on EV chargers.
  • Manage vendors/contractors, review invoices, submit purchase and budget requests.
  • Participate in annual budget creation process.
  • Monitor and assign support ticket requests.
  • Must be flexible to take on other tasks outside this job description, as required by Management.
  • Travel may be required, no more than 5%.
  • Work alongside our Facilities management supplier at NHQ; monitor the progress and quality of their work; confirm all work is completed and work orders are closed.
  • Review and make recommendations for outside suppliers/contractors, budgets, and proposals.
  • Authority to initiate Purchase Requests (PR), Single Source Justification (SSJ) documents, Executive Summaries and check requests.
  • Approve supplier invoices for payment.
  • Prioritize incoming Facilities requests, selection of suppliers, and assignment of tasks to Facilities technicians in collaboration with Facilities management vendor, Hyundai Engineering America (“HEA”).
  • Propose new project initiatives, develop budget, and manage the project life cycle.
  • Assess critical issues, identify problems, and recommend solutions.
  • Review & evaluate NHQ and regional offices’ supplier performance, take corrective action, recommend replacement of underperforming suppliers.
  • Participate in recruiting activities for associate/contractor positions within Facilities.
