Implements and administers sales strategies for multiple online sales platforms including but not limited to Shopgoodwill, Amazon, eBay, Goodwillbooks, and others. Supervises assigned personnel, including scheduling and training, to ensure an efficient operation of the day-to-day activities of Ecommerce such as sorting, listing, shipping, and inventory management. Assist with conflict resolution, including knowledge of the reporting process, managing ongoing employee concerns or behavioral problems, and collection of supporting documentation as needed. Assists with viewing candidate applications, conducting phone screens, verifying availability and scheduling interviews at the direction of the Manager, Online Sales and Operations. Defers to Manager, Online Sales and Operations complete all other aspects of the hiring process, such as making hiring decisions. Works closely with other departments housed within the warehouse facility to ensure efficient and timely product and supply movement to maintain Goodwill NCT's ongoing use throughout the department. Oversees the daily maintenance and care of the physical location for the purpose of providing a safe, secure and orderly facility to the benefit of employees and visitors alike. Implements and maintains a system of record keeping including but not limited to disciplinary documentation of employees, injury reporting and departmental report generation which is responsive to the requirements of Goodwill NCT as well as to Federal, State, and private agencies with a need to know. If requested by the Manager, Online Sales and Operations, the Assistant will administer disciplinary action that was written by the Manager, Online Sales and Operations to an employee when the Manager, Online Sales and Operations is absent.
