We are looking for an Assistant Manager, eCommerce to join our dynamic, fast-paced team in San Francisco. In this role, you will be a critical member of the DTC team that will create exceptional eCommerce customer experiences. This role executes the monthly DTC commercial strategy by aligning cross-functional teams and managing coordination, site merchandising, content updates, and promotional execution. The ideal candidate will have eCommerce experience, be incredibly detail oriented and comfortable working and influencing cross-functionally.

  • 2+ years of experience in Shopify Plus
  • HTML knowledge
  • Strong technical skills with both MS Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint), G-suite applications, and Wrike/project management systems

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years experience in Klayvio and TikTok Shop

Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day site merchandising, including digital catalog management, category rankings, upsell/cross-sell strategies
  • Own site search program management, promotional setup, gifting experiences and content updates on Shopify
  • Own the Wrike intake system, managing and prioritizing e-commerce requests to ensure efficient cross-functional workflows.
  • Drive close ways of working with Creative and Marketing teams to support campaign execution, including creative briefs, asset approvals, timelines, and launch readiness.
  • Provide operational support for Klayvio and TikTok Shop channels
  • Gain familiarity with basic in-stock and sku sales reporting, drawing own conclusions to make site merch recommendations and inventory actions
  • Partner with Technology and Development teams to UAT new site functionality
  • Project-manage cross-functional e-commerce initiatives to deliver on time and to leadership expectations.
