About The Position

We are seeking an Assistant Manager of Consumer Lending to support the Consumer Lending team and ensure sub-departments meet organizational financial, operational, service, and growth plans. As a manager, this role periodically provides training or updates to keep team members informed and aligned on key initiatives within their area.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of current and applicable experience
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a supervisory role
• Advanced knowledge of the lending industry and experience with consumer lending

Nice To Haves

• A two-year college degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Leads and mentors staff through lending training, coaching and evaluation.
• Monitors department operations to ensure that security procedures are followed
• Maintains LOS by monitoring database for issues, troubleshoot as needed
• Performance Management, goal setting and scheduling.
