About The Position

Foster a vibrant and connected HKSTP Startup Ecosystem by delivering high-quality and influential engagement activities among alumni, startups, and mentors
Promote HKSTP Startups Alumni Association (SAA) to the wider community leveraging internal and external resources and networks
Handle the end-to-end strategy and execution of startup community events, including brand positioning, content curation, and budgeting, to maximize influence and impact
Curate content and manage digital platforms including websites and social media for specific events and programmes
Inspire the team to achieve remarkable outcomes and make strategic, timely and decisive directions in a dynamic environment
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or other related disciplines or equivalent
• 5 years of work experience, preferably in marketing and event management or community building within Innovation & Technology industry
• Proven track record in project management, demonstrating the ability to effectively manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Strong business acumen and thorough understanding of the latest marketing trends
• Innovative, dynamic, and self-motivated in addressing challenges and achieving exceptional results
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with various internal business functions and stakeholders
• Proficient in both verbal and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua
