What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or business is preferred but equivalent work experience will be considered. 1-3 years commercial property, project, or facilities management experience. Must be detail oriented, organized, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess or be willing to seek and obtain a Top-Secret security clearance. Key Responsibilities: Support the management team with operations and maintenance of property. Assist with management of property repairs and services to include procurement, coordination with vendors and tenants, and quality control inspections. Assist with management of projects from inception through completion to include scope development, oversight of design and construction services, permitting, coordination with vendors and tenants, quality control, and project closeout Assist with planning, preparing, and implementing budgets and financial reports. Process invoices and create purchase orders as needed. Draft and execute contract agreements as needed. Assist with managing the drawing library and electronic records. Work closely with the property and project managers, contractors, and Government representatives to plan and coordinate activities across the property. Willing to carry a cell phone to respond to emergencies and work weekends and off hours to support the facility as needed.
