Requirements

  • Must be 21 years old or older.
  • Must have a High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of prior relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Make daily floor plans per shift to ensure proper rotation and coverage of stations.
  • Supervise floor service in the dining room during hours of operation.
  • Communicate with management, chefs, and culinary staff to fulfill and address any issues or needs of the guests or employees.
  • Ensures high customer satisfaction and an exceptional guest experience.
