Participates in the strategic development and creation of effective integrated marketing strategies to deliver, engaging relevant content while elevating the credibility of the Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultants. With a focus on color and fragrance categories, manages execution of total 360-degree modular consumer marketing campaigns, overseeing development of global creative, product marketing and branding assets. Conducts background research and competitive analysis and reviews metrics and KPIs, to support the Creative Brief, ensuring creative, marketing and branding assets are globally relevant and impactful, assets are delivered on time and on budget, sustaining the growth of the company’s strategic priorities. Under the guidance of Senior Manager, leads and delegates projects.
