About The Position

The Assistant Beverage Manager plays a key role in supporting beverage leadership across the various outlets at Beau Rivage. In this dynamic position, you will step in to provide leadership coverage where needed, ensuring seamless operations and an exceptional guest experience. During these assignments, you will oversee all aspects of the outlet’s daily beverage operations, from team leadership and service standards to maintaining the high-quality experience our guests expect.

Requirements

• Exhibits 2+ years of prior relevant supervisory experience in beverage or an equivalent F&B supervisory position
• Holds a high school diploma or GED
• Demonstrates flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Thrives under pressure and excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
