About The Position

As an On-Call Showroom Usher, you will be at the heart of the entertainment experience—welcoming guests with a warm smile, guiding them to their seats, and ensuring every detail of their visit feels effortless. Your attentiveness and service will help create unforgettable moments, playing a key role in our mission to own the guest experience and deliver WOW memories that last long after the final curtain call.

Requirements

• Demonstrates flexibility to work an on-call schedule with varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences
• Holds a High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with guests, smiling, and hearing their stories as you collect and review tickets for entertainment events
• Politely direct and/or escort the guests to their seats, before and during the show
• Provide a high level of service when interacting with guests, using problem-solving, attention to detail, and guest safety
