About The Position

We are looking for an organized and innovative Bi-Lingual Assistant Manager, Automation IT Systems to join our team. The Assistant Manager, Automation IT Systems position is critical for overseeing our facility's core systems, including WCS (Warehouse Control System) and ECS (Equipment Control System). The ideal candidate must be a bilingual (English/Korean) professional who can manage both complex technical infrastructure and the personnel responsible for its maintenance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Server/Network and Database operations.
• Proven track record in Logistics systems and DB server management.
• Direct experience in Server Infrastructure Setup projects.
• Native or professional fluency in both English and Korean.

Responsibilities

• System Administration: Comprehensive management of WCS/ECS hardware and software, including database servers and network stability.
• Operational Oversight: Lead and supervise automation maintenance staff to ensure seamless system performance.
• Technical Liaison: Act as the primary communication bridge between on-site operations and South Korea-based developers.
• Incident Management: Perform root cause analysis for system failures and implement rapid recovery and preventive measures.
