About The Position

Responsible for performing a variety of skilled and semi-skilled building and maintenance tasks relating to the renovation, upkeep and operation of campus buildings and facilities. Perform painting, framing, flooring, hang and finish sheetrock, lighting, plumbing, HVAC and other skilled and semi-skilled tasks.

Requirements

Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid North Carolina Driver's License.
Candidate must have the ability to operate a forklift, scissor lift, and a 40' articulating lift.
Official transcripts, including other documentation verifying all reported educational qualifications, are required.
Unofficial transcripts will be accepted for application purposes.
The successful candidate must provide official transcripts at his or her expense within thirty (30) days of being notified of selection.
