Assist in planning, directing, and training service staff, including performance feedback and scheduling. Coordinate communication with ownership/asset management through appropriate channels. Monitor and document maintenance tasks, including appliance replacement, repairs, and preventive maintenance. Maintain inventory, ensure shop cleanliness, and comply with safety and OSHA standards. Assist in budget preparation, monitor expenses, and create purchase orders for maintenance supplies. Perform and oversee various maintenance tasks, including pool/spa inspections, apartment cleaning, and painting. Identify capital improvement needs and obtain estimates or bids as directed. Ensure adherence to fair housing policies, company procedures, and maintain confidentiality. Maintain required site-level logs and support software provisioning within defined access parameters. Be available for a flexible work schedule, including weekends and on-call responsibilities.
