Position Purpose: Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the incumbent will assist in managing the day-to-day work maintenance and asset management activities, including but not limited to the following: MUST HAVE WASTEWATER PLANT MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE. Oversee the corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment. Lead and direct the integrated maintenance and repair operations for the facilities and equipment for the South Fulton County Sewer System (Camp Creek WRF, Little Bear WRF, 18 Sewer Lift Stations). Ensure the timely, accurate and cost-effective delivery of maintenance services including: planned system overhauls, and renewal, replacement, and on-demand corrective repair services. Serve as project manager for Capital Maintenance Events. Provide input into the design and implementation of equipment repair and replacement solutions using the services of technical company personnel, outside consultants, and contractors.
