Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Setting up and operating slotting, feed, and die cut sections with precision and care.
  • Maintaining equipment by securing bolts and checking for anilox roll damage.
  • Monitoring and reporting on board quality, ensuring continuous machine operation.
  • Cross-training on other machines and aiming for upward mobility within shifts.
  • Engaging in the maintenance of equipment and the production schedule.
  • Contributing to a safe, clean, and productive work environment by adhering to company policies.
