Requirements

  • Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing equipment.

  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting up and preparing machinery for production runs according to specifications.
  • Monitor machine operations during the 2nd shift to ensure consistent performance and product quality.
  • Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor maintenance tasks to keep equipment in optimal condition.
  • Identify and report any mechanical issues or malfunctions promptly to the maintenance team.
  • Collaborate with operators and supervisors to meet daily production goals and maintain safety standards.
