About The Position
The client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Production Associate to support daily operations. This role involves assembly, packaging, quality checks, and inventory handling in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be safety-conscious, reliable, and able to work efficiently as part of a team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or production experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and warehouse operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Team player with good communication skills
Responsibilities
- Assemble and package conveyor components and systems per production specifications
- Perform quality inspections to ensure product accuracy and consistency
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and warehouse equipment safely
- Label and prepare items for shipment or inventory storage
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards
- Follow production schedules and report any issues or delays to supervisors
- Assist with inventory counts, receiving, and stocking materials as needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
