2nd Shift Assistant Machine Operator
About The Position
A Machine Operator Assistant works with the Machine Operator on the production line by doing film changes, label changes, and other day to day responsibilities to support the production floor team. Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to Assist Machine Operator while on the production line Help troubleshoot and assist the Machine Operator by safely cleaning out meal waste and keeping machine running under normal operation Provide support for machine malfunctions Help keep production lines running and fill in for machine operator breaks, lunches, and absences Use all required safety equipment and consistently follow all food related sanitation and operating guidelines Supporting necessary downtime and SOP documents
Requirements
- Read and process detailed written orders
- Basic math and mechanical aptitude skills
- Basic understanding of using hand tools
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing and/or food distribution industry
