JOB TITLE: Assistant Lecturer - School of Politics, Public Affairs, and International Studies – Public Law JOB PURPOSE: The University of Wyoming’s School of Politics, Public Affairs, and International Studies (SPPAIS) invites applications for a full-time, benefited one-year non-tenure track position at the rank of Assistant Lecturer in the area of Public Law. Minimum qualifications include a Masters degree to teach in the of the following areas: Constitutional Law (Civil Liberties, Institutional Powers, etc), Introduction to American and Wyoming Government, and other classes related to Public Law as needed by the department. In addition, the candidate will also engage in service-related duties such as helping to revamp the online Intro to American & Wyoming Government courses (including creating videos and developing curriculum), assisting with the recruitment of students and participating in public events, presentation of research (if applicable), and other service-related duties as needed by the department.
