We have an established and growing global customer base and we work with our partners to maximize the potential and reach of Jellycat throughout, sharing joy as we go! As we continue to grow our footprint, we are looking for an Assistant Key Account Manager to join our growing US team to help support the growth of important key accounts, specifically Nordstrom. Working closely with the Key Account Manager – Nordstrom, the main focus of this role is to develop and maintain strong relationships with Nordstrom corporate team members. This role involves coordinating internal resources, selling to and in partnership with the Key Account Manager, assisting in sales planning, management of account needs and details to ensure smooth delivery to our customers. Our goal is to become the number one go-to leading soft toy brand for all ages globally. You will work incredibly closely and collaboratively with our Key Account Team as we embark on growing Jellycat. There is a great ‘can-do’ team culture here at Jellycat, and it’s important that you are not only a self-starting ambassador and sales person for Jellycat but are a great team player willing to get involved in what needs to be done in order to achieve great things to support the global growth of the brand.
