Provide quality customer service and work toward the generation, promotion and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff of Amarillo National Bank. Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support. Responsible for overseeing the technological needs of the bank and ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems and connected infrastructure. Lead complex, major changes and initiatives, and integrate teams across multiple business units. Shape the digital roadmap and ensure successful implementation of technology across the entire bank. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Effectively communicating technical strategies, challenges, and achievements to board members. It involves translating complex technical concepts into understandable language for non-technical audiences. This communication is crucial to align technology initiatives with overall business objectives and gain the support of key decision-makers Collaborate closely with external partners, such as vendors or industry experts, to explore cutting-edge technologies. Maintains effective working relationships with existing vendors (or service providers) and searches for new vendors when necessary to implement new opportunities or enhancements. Participates in contract negotiations and renewals to ensure adequate service levels and cost measures are intact. Have good experience and proficiency in banking and technology Oversee some IT divisions which could include IT Network and Helpdesk.
