About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Assistant in Nursing (AIN) to join our Bagot Ward. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced nurses and allied health clinicians, delivering high-quality, individualised care for patients recovering from a wide range of health conditions. As an AIN you will play a vital role in supporting patients through their recovery journey. Your key responsibilities will include: Assisting patients with mobility, transfers, and rehabilitation activities Providing high-quality personal care and support with daily living tasks Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition to the nursing team Supporting post-operative care and ensuring patient comfort Collaborating effectively with nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced clinical environment At Bagot Ward, you will be part of a supportive team that values professional growth and patient-centred care. Requirements

  • Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (Acute Care) or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar clinical setting (highly regarded)
  • A genuine passion for helping patients regain mobility and independence
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach
  • Physical capability to safely assist with patient mobility and manual handling
  • Provide or complete a National Police Check (conducted within the last 12 months)
  • Depending on the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases

  • Experience in a similar clinical setting (highly regarded)
