About The Position

As an Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor with Superhost Hospitality at the Embassy Suites Naperville, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to exceptional cleanliness standards. Your responsibilities include: Assisting the Housekeeping Manager in managing daily operations of the housekeeping department. Conducting inspections to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet or exceed cleanliness standards. Providing guidance and support to housekeeping staff, assisting in their training and development. Collaborating with other departments to address guest needs and maintain a positive environment. Upholding a high level of attention to detail to ensure a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for our guests. We are seeking an individual with the following attributes: Leadership Skills: Ability to support and lead a housekeeping team effectively. Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to cleanliness standards and quality control. Team Player: Capacity to collaborate with the Housekeeping Supervisor and other departments. In your initial phase, you will work closely with the Housekeeping Supervisor, familiarizing yourself with our hotel's housekeeping standards and procedures. You'll actively contribute to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, ensuring our guests experience a consistently exceptional stay. Requirements

  • Previous experience in a housekeeping role is required.
  • Availability for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
