Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a talented and dynamic Assistant Housekeeping Manager to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout our guest accommodations and all front- and back-of-house areas. This role is highly hands-on, overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping and laundry department by implementing and managing planned cleaning schedules. The Assistant Manager works closely with the Front Office team to ensure guest rooms are prepared promptly and meet Four Seasons' exceptional standards. Additionally, they support Supervisors in training and supervising housekeeping and laundry staff and assume full responsibility for the department in the absence of the Director or Assistant Director of Housekeeping.
