Requirements

Previous housekeeping or hospitality supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness and organization
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced resort environment
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Positive attitude with a team-first mindset

Responsibilities

Assist the Housekeeping Manager with daily operations, scheduling, and team supervision
Help lead, train, and motivate housekeeping team members to deliver exceptional cleanliness and service
Conduct room and public area inspections to ensure Margaritaville standards are met
Support inventory control of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies
Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, turning issues into positive experiences
Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and brand standards
Step in to manage shifts or departments as needed to keep everything running like a smooth island breeze
Collaborate with Front Desk, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
