Our Assisted Living Health and Wellness Coordinator will support and take direction from our Health and Wellness Director in all health care services throughout the residence. Participate in service planning, as well as renewal and maintenance of these plans as needed. Cooperating with the Health and Wellness Director and the Executive Director in their duties to supervise, oversee, and coordinate the work of personal service assistants to meet Resident’s needs. Provide clinical services to Resident’s and assist in training personal service assistants.
