The Assistant Health & Safety Manager supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the facility’s health and safety programs. This role works closely with operations, maintenance, HR, and leadership teams to ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards, promote a culture of safety, and reduce risks across all manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to fostering a safe working environment. The Assistant Health & Safety Manager is a key driving force in the development and implementation of a proactive safety culture that aligns with The McWane Way Safety Principal, Value, and Behaviors.
