This role is capable to assist in operating the grinding lines with safety compliance, quality and food safety compliance. Manage the GMP/GHP and overall safety requirements within the area. This will be a 2nd shift role. Operating and monitoring grinding line according to production plan Raw ingredient quality inspection Maintain raw ingredient inventory levels and daily inventory reporting Responsible for the hygiene of the grinding area Can do basic maintenance of equipment in line with AM Complete production reports and handover Support MSE deployment
