This role is capable to assist in operating the grinding lines with safety compliance, quality and food safety compliance. Manage the GMP/GHP and overall safety requirements within the area. This will be a 2nd shift role. • Operating and monitoring grinding line according to production plan • Raw ingredient quality inspection • Maintain raw ingredient inventory levels and daily inventory reporting • Responsible for the hygiene of the grinding area • Can do basic maintenance of equipment in line with AM • Complete production reports and handover • Support MSE deployment
