The Assistant General Manager assists the General Manager to fulfill the obligations of the management contract. The position includes some oversight and support of the various departments within the Community Association including Facilities Maintenance, Custodial, Landscaping, Concierge/Lifestyle, etc. The Assistant General Manager is the liaison to the General Manager and residents primarily, but will also occasionally interact with vendors, board members and committee members, as well as staff at the Associa Client Shared Service Center (CSSC) and within the branch office. This role is customer service focused, involving tasks from monthly newsletters to fitness programs and social events. The individual will manage Ironhorse, fitness, and pool staff, and cover for call outs and vacations.
