About The Position
The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in leading the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest service, operational excellence, and strong team performance. This role helps drive daily operations while developing leadership skills and preparing for advancement into a General Manager position. The Assistant General Manager sets the tone for professionalism, positivity, and accountability, while ensuring company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness are consistently met. Requirements
- Restaurant or shift management: 1 year minimum
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Comply with all state and federal laws governing safety and food handling
