At Stretch Zone, your health is our top priority. As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, drive membership growth, and help members experience the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching—all while leading and developing a high-performing team.
Requirements
- Paid experience managing team members.
- Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity).
- A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.
- Experienced event planning and community outreach
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the studio is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.
- Greeting members, checking them in, and ensuring their comfort.
- Coaching Sales Associates, checking the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointments.
- Supporting the team in meeting membership sales goals.
- Tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals.
- Resolving member questions or concerns.
- Planning monthly events to increase business exposure and lead flow.
- Posting to social media and creating marketing strategies to help the business grow.
- Building a culture of excellence, accountability, and service.
