Requirements

  • Paid experience managing team members.
  • Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity).
  • A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.
  • Experienced event planning and community outreach

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the studio is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.
  • Greeting members, checking them in, and ensuring their comfort.
  • Coaching Sales Associates, checking the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointments.
  • Supporting the team in meeting membership sales goals.
  • Tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals.
  • Resolving member questions or concerns.
  • Planning monthly events to increase business exposure and lead flow.
  • Posting to social media and creating marketing strategies to help the business grow.
  • Building a culture of excellence, accountability, and service.
