As the Assistant General Manager, you'll be working directly with the General Manager to create an amazing environment where coaches, kids, and families thrive. Your mission? Drive sales, keep members happier than a kid in a candy store, and make every day at KidStrong extraordinary!

Requirements

Experience working with or coaching kids -- a passion for child development is a must!
Stellar communication skills with both kids and parents (juggling flaming torches optional).
A positive, energetic attitude
CPR certification (or willingness to get one).
Ability to work in a physically active environment (think of it as your daily workout).

Nice To Haves

Previous management experience is a plus (but not required).

Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily operations, from scheduling to keeping the center in tip-top shape (yes, even those sticky handprints on the walls)
Connect with families and grow the community of KidStrong
Foster a coaching culture and support the professional development of your coaches
Deliver our unique curriculum focused on cognitive, physical, and character development for kids aged 15 months to 11 years.
Work with your General Manager to call leads and grow the center
Have daily engagement with members, prospects and leads, and attend local events to spread the KidStrong magic far and wide.
