We are looking for an Experienced Restaurant Manager to help lead at our one of our Houston locations and our Mission is to "Create Remarkable Memories" and we are seeking like-minded individuals.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager in the hospitality industry
• Proven guest service experience as a manager
• Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Reporting and Analytics, Hot Schedules, and more
• Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
• Acute financial management skills

Nice To Haves

• Hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
• Be a hospitality expert and resolve guest issues with empathy
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Coach staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and service
• Work with the GM on Forecast needs and remain within budget
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
• Maintain appearances by regulating uniforms, restaurant appearance both inside and out, and overall cleanliness
• Help Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
• Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
