About The Position

As an Assistant General Manager, you'll support the Restaurant Manager in managing the daily operations of a single restaurant. The Assistant Manager helps manage financial controls, operations, people development, customer service and compliance across shifts and has full accountability for restaurant operations in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. Requirements

We are seeking career-minded, motivated individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old
have a high school education and two years restaurant management experience
excellent interpersonal skills
the ability to build and lead a team that works well together to support each other in a fast paced environment
demonstrate effective problem solving and multi-tasking skills
